Susan is a leadership coach, facilitator and educator. She brings a wealth of business experience and leadership insights to people who seek to create more value for their people, their organizations and stakeholders. Susan spent 20 years in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies including Citibank, Honeywell and Merck & Co. Her responsibilities included leadership and organization development, talent management, succession planning and management of enterprise-wide change initiatives. In 2006 she was asked to relocate to Belgium and join a member-based global association as their first Chief HR Officer. There she worked with the CEO as a member of the Leadership Team before starting her own business working with leaders and their teams during critical transitions.
Susan is a member of the Executive Education adjunct faculty at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management where she teaches Leadership & Self-Assessment and Leadership & Change. She is a key note speaker and guest lecturer at international congresses on business topics ranging from influencing across boundaries to leading successful transformations. Born in New York, she is based in Brussels, has dual American/ Belgian nationality and works with clients internationally.

Silke is curious and interested in many topics and could be described best as a "do-it-all" who loves to empower people and sets up new innovative initiatives. She is Head of Operations & Events at Euroheat & Power, where she intensively works on event and marketing, creating the best experience for all stakeholders. Her role includes the overseeing and management of the association's administration as well as strengthening its relationships with members & partners. Ever since the start of her career she has been part of the association world.
Silke worked for several associations since 2000 and joined Euroheat & Power in March 2011 from Colloquium Brussels, where she was a Professional Congress Organiser. Silke was appointed to the role of Head of Operations and Events at Euroheat & Power (the international association for District Heating and Cooling) in January 2014, having previously occupied the position of Communications and Events Manager. Prior to Colloquium, Silke worked for different associations such as SEMI, where she was in charge of the SEMICON Europe & Russia Trade Shows; the European Wind Energy Association, where she lead the events and marketing team; and UITP – Advancing Public Transport, where she began her career.
She currently serves on the Boardroom magazine advisory board and completed in January 2019 the Executive Master In International Association Management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management. In 2018 she made it to the ‘Successful Meetings’ annual list of the 25 most influential people in the meetings industry.
